Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must generally be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Because our products are handmade, please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must generally:

• Be unused and in the condition in which they were received.

• Include original packaging, components, and accessories, where applicable.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Handmade and Personalized Items

Handmade products may have slight variations in color, texture, finish, or dimensions. These variations are part of the nature of handcrafted items and are not necessarily defects.

Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or otherwise qualify for a remedy under applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law, the following items may not be eligible for return:

• Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.

• Items missing original packaging or included components, where applicable.

• Custom-made or personalized products.

• Clearance or final-sale items clearly identified as non-returnable.

• Products returned after the 30-day return window.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. If the item is damaged or defective, please include clear photographs.

We will review your request and provide return instructions if it is approved. Please do not ship items back before receiving authorization and return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind or ordering error, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production, processing, or dispatch. Orders that have already shipped may need to follow the return process.
